It was the hottest day of the year and they were running 2 hours late because all the technicians rang in sick. It was manned by two managers Fred and Reid. They handled everything with calm friendliness. Very grateful to them both. Great service

Poor customer service! Cancelled wheel alignment booking as they advised their colleague was off sick. Re-booked me for later in the week. Arrived as soon as they opened, to then be told their alignment machine isn't working. So when were you actually going to call me to advise me of this? Borehamwood Halfords Autocentre are useless! Save your money and time and go somewhere decent.

They passed my MOT even though there was a massive nail in the tire 😅 Absolutely awful. Took my car in for a service and MOT yesterday and was meant to be done in a few hours. Got to the end of the day and called and they said it was being serviced, just to be told 1 hour later it hasn’t been serviced at all and they won’t be able to do it until tomorrow. Yet it’s nearly the evening now and still no call or update! What an absolute joke. Also so unprofessional, kept me waiting at the reception when I brought my car in, no one to help me. The manager should be sacked. Was at least 5 people in there complaining with the same issue when I went to find out what’s happened to my car after not being able to get through on the phone. Manager got up and left mid talking and mid complaining to pick his kids up from school. Poor staff are penalised for the managers overbooking and awful awful service.

This is the worst garage ever. 2 hours before my booking they said that the wheel alignment for all 4 wheels is not possible, because the machine is broken and they can do only the front. I said OK do the front then, because this is most important as the front tire is coming off and I'm going for a long journey next Saturday. I can't do it during the week, because of work. After I dropped off my car they said they can't do it, because it's Mercedes and it needs to have rear and front done at the same time. I booked that in advance, 5 days ago and they knew what car it is. They also knew that their machine is broken for long time, didn't broke just now. This is a joke. Ignorants smiling stupidly. If you want do be treaded fairly and nicely go somewhere else!
