Had Mot & service done here, reasonably priced and kept informed of progress on vehicle. Had to wait a while in reception on picking up car, both reception staff were polite and friendly and completely professional to all the customers

The guys and girls here were amazing ! So pleased I took my car here for the work to be done. Was given a time for collection and my car was promptly ready at that time. On way to pick up we got stuck in traffic due to accident in Blackwell tunnel but Rick and the lovely young lady in reception were amazing and actually stayed half an hour after closing just so I could get my car back that day. Highly recommend these guys Thank you

Never experienced anywhere so unprofessional. Twice now I have been sent away with very little help, however this time around it became very clear that different customers are treated differently. I walked in, without any acknoweldgement and patiently waited whilst the customer in front of me and the receptionist chatted about life for 15 minutes. The receptionist and seemed friendly and welcoming to the this customer. After the customer left, I then waited another 10 minutes before the receptionist said 'how can I help', whilst still looking down making no eye contact with myself. It took a good 5 minutes after I spoke before she acknowledged my presence to then be told that they could change my bulb but it would be best for me to go to the retail store as if they didn't have the bulb in stock, they would have to order it. I would've expected any other garage with basic customer service skills to atleast check whether they had a bulb in stock before sending me away. Please expect to be dismissed if you are not white. Disgusting behaviour
