I recently had my car serviced at a garage up North before moving down for work for 5 months and paid a large amount for the work getting it into good nick! Once down here and following smooth journeys (no memorable pot holes or bumps) my car started rattling and handling differently. Lewis at the Feltham branch (when I phoned on the Saturday) said to come in first thing Monday morning and they'd check my car out. True to their word, 8am Monday my car was being seen to by Lewis and the team who very quickly identified what turned out to be a very dangerous problem. In no time at all they had the issue fixed, my nerves settled and my car back on the road. They couldn't have been more considerate or supportive in getting me safely back on the road.

Did a great job would recommend the Feltham branch, fixed pump and timing belt was kept informed and to cost agreed. Dealer was unable to see car for over a month will get services done here now as cheaper and better!

Had the MOT, it was pleasant experience, very informative. Got information over the email and also phone to collect car as the test ended. Well explained advisory issues. The only - is the space / parking lot, i guess the garage is not huge so it is enough space on a daily basis but can be difficult in busy periods.

Whilst away from home, booked my Car in for an MOT at Halfords Autocentre Feltham, I thought that being Halford's they would provide the MOT to a good standard, I was wrong. They claimed that the MOT failed for injectors and could not do the repairs, so advised me to take it to a dealer (in this case Nissan). When I got home I booked the MOT at my usual Mechanic, who passed it without any problems. Good job I got a second opinion, otherwise the dealer would have cost the earth. Don't use this place, not even for a puncture! they're either incompetent or lazy!

I sent my car to have an MOT test at this centre. The MOT was quick and done within an hour however the car failed on a few things. What was most interesting though was the fact it failed on things that are not part of an MOT test including a drive shaft that apparently needed completely replacing because it sounded noisy. I asked how much it would cost to fix and I was quoted between £600 - £700. Took it to another reputable garage who fixed one light bulb and the car passed immediately. In the end it cost me £15 to repair and my car passed it's MOT by the other garage the same day
