Anish Patel2 StarI’ve been booked in for an MOT at this location on several occasions. This is the second time they’ve cancelled an MOT with me at the last minute. I fully appreciate that they may have issues preventing them doing an MOT on a given day, but to tell me that they can’t perform my MOT for 1 month because their staff are sick is incredibly difficult to understand. Reliability of service isn’t easy to achieve here. For other local options, don’t think that kwikfit is a better option either, I’ve had the same issues there.Friday 1st April 2022

I apparently spoke to the manager on the phone and have never spoken to someone so rude in all my life!! Asked if the bluelight discount could be applied over the phone to the booking as it says it could be applied either way, and all I got was “I’m not sure I can do that” so I asked why and stated that it’ll let me have 10% off online, and he said “go and book online then” rude!
