I have a very old Toyota, which they serviced and fixed in an outstanding way, going above and beyond, to repair a very corroded wheel bearing, keeping it running in a very efficient way. I would highly recommend Halfords Morden for fantastic service and efficiency, this was my first time here, and I will recommend it to anyone as a great place to go with your car for service and repairs. When I read it stated my rear brake disc has 42% wear and my front disc has 0% wear on a 8 year old car which still has it original disc all round?
When I point this out to the man behind the counter, he replies that the machianic who did that report has been with them 15 years and that is produced by a machine, which I point out has to have a human putting the details in!
He would not accept that someone has put the wrong details in and he was not going to do anything about it...
