Not a good experience... Booked in for one date, received a call to say they could do a day earlier... fine by me... took in at 08:30 1st job... Great... lost myself for an hour and a half in Staines as agreed... returned at 10:00 to find alignment had not been started... waited another hour and a half... now 3 hours. Got in the car... (cream interior)... filthy... the mechanic had scuffed his boots all over the sill and left hand prints on the door fabric and interior handle. Fortunately had some surface wipes in the car due to Covid precautions, so able to clean it off immediately before I drove off and they got ingrained in the surfaces... Pleased to get away without getting involved in a row... (which I felt would have been warranted). So now 11:35... Couldn't waste any more time, as other things to do. This particular site needs to get its act together and not promise a service standard it can't deliver. Very disappointed, as experiences at other sites and locations have been much much better.

Guy at the front desk was great and friendly but after collecting my car from a simple alignment the car was now veering off to the left. I took it back and told them this to which the mechanic stated “that’s normal it steers to the left because of the road” which is just ridiculous. The guy at the front desk was happy to take it back in and look at correcting it which he done and was driving much better but then on my journey home later that day I realised when I let go of the steering wheel it would veer off to the left again. This might be due to alignment again or uneven wear though so not holding it against them. Either way. Good for price but don’t understand the need to lie about something blatantly wrong.

Very bad experience. I took the car for engine oil and filter change. I had an appointment at 11.30 and I was asked to arrive 10 minutes earlier. I was there at 11.15 with just one car in front of me. I took the car 4 hours later. The last 2 hours I was waiting outside the garage, watching the people. The car was sitting on a platform and nobody was doing anything. At some point someone appeared, he took the car down and he drove it out. Then they called me to say the car was ready. The day after I checked the oil gauge indicator to see the oil level and the oil was black as tar. They definitely didn’t change the filter and I doubt that they changed the oil at all.
