Kenny Healiss3 StarUsual auto parts centre with plenty of parts for a variety of vehicles, which are reasonably priced. There's also a great selection of camping products that seem to be good quality. On the upper floor there's a great selection of bikes and bike parts. However, there are far too few staff for the size of the store and every time I've visited the place there's been an unnecessary wait to be served, either with a specific enquiry or paying at the till.Wednesday 11th May 2022
Tim Mitchell5 StarExcellent service. I went to collect an item I ordered from the website. All I had to do was show my order number from my phone. The assistant collected my item, processed it and I was gone. It could not have been simpler. The assistant was polite and courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. There was a very professional atmosphere in the shop as other assistants were working in a similar, serving customers or fitting products. I thoroughly recommend Halfords as a shop and their overall service is excellent. I subsequently was given some very helpful advice by Russ in the store which helped me to make an additional purchase that was suitable for my vehicle.Thursday 27th January 2022
