Rogue Spanner5 StarI've purchased a number of alarm systems from Hawk alarms and can say that I've never had any problems with any of their alarms. Stuart Roxborough1 StarOrdered a battery for the alarm I bought from Hawk Car Alarms, however they send it in a paper envelope, which resulted in an empty envelope being received.
They admitted the fault by resending but still used a paper envelope. Result still no battery.
Company now excusing me of being a liar and that I had received the battery.
Will certainly not be using them again.

Little “littlegrizzlybiggins” Grizzlybiggins5 StarI’ve used 3 of these X50 alarms on 3 separate bikes and they were all fantastic! 1 of the systems has covered about 40K miles through every condition imaginable, it’s been through 4 winters and still works perfectly! Easy to install, easy to adjust, arm and disarm and use on a day to day basis. It’s a brilliant bit of kit and nice to have that piece of mind, knowing that Hawk is watching your bike when you can’t. 5 star customer service too!Thursday 27th September 2018
