Had my car taken in this morning and sorted the same morning within a couple of hours and picked it up before noon! These guys are amazing and honest with what needs to be done or what problem the car has! They kept in touch with me to let me know any updates and every member at the garage was friendly and helpful including Steve and the front desk team, not to mention the mechanics etc who repaired my car! Will definitely be making this my regular car garage for all my car needs! Reasonable pricing and no short cuts, made sure everything was taken care of from receiving my car from the tow truck to me picking it up! WELL DONE GUYS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! Took my car in with an oil pressure light on, he hooked it up to the diagnostic thing and diagnosed there wasn't really an imminent issue so no need for further work. He didn't even charge me for the time he spent on it but I will definitely be using this as my go to garage in London, something I've struggled to find, for all servicing and issues from now on. Thank you once again. I also want to comment on the customer service being top notch too, despite being on the phones when I arrived both Steve and the other lady on reception acknowledged me when I walked in. I picked up my car from the back area of the garage and had to speak to another of their mechanics to find it, he also couldn't have been more polite and helpful.Wednesday 16th March 2022
