I would have no problems recommending Joe and ICU Security Systems. From initial enquiry, he responded quickly and I felt that he valued the business. He came to the house to do an initial survey and followed up with a quote, time and date to instal my additional cameras. He even complimented the quality of the previous installer's work which was very professional. Working quickly, he cleaned up as he went, even recycling the boxes. Very, very pleased with his work.

Joe had recently done a install of a 2 camera install, in which at first thought came across as a young respectable boy, however we realised he charged me £650 for a second hand recover which used back boxes for the cameras, when asked about it he responded “I do apologise but they do work fine.” Very disappointing service and would never recommend.
