I have an iPhone, and after a while, I find it increasingly difficult to plug the lightning cable in to charge it. I’d been to another phone repair shop a couple of years ago who cleaned it out and charged me £10. I thought that was incredibly reasonable as it effectively made an unusable phone usable again. This time I happened to be in the Charing Cross Road area and called into iMagic. I asked for the same thing, the lightning socket to be cleaned. I was expecting the cost to be about double, in part because it’s been a couple of years and in part because of location and central London overheads. iMagic, cleaned my phone socket perfectly and instantly, then checked it to ensure the desired results have been achieved, which it had. When the phone was handed back to me, I asked how much to pay. “Nothing” came the reply. I challenged this as I was very happy to pay a reasonable sum, but no money was accepted. While I cannot promise you this is what your bill will be, my experience of iMagic is that of a very responsible and technically competent and caring company. Thank you iMagic Charing Cross Road 🙏

Had huge damage to my phone screen yesterday, called up to check prices, went in to have my screen fixed and employer was very lovely! Explained differences between screen choices available and was very honest! I went with cheaper option and screen was fixed within 20minutes! Great value for money with 1 year warranty. Thank you!

Lovely place! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Customer service was 10/10! They fixed my phone quickly and efficiently (my phone was completely damaged. Guys at Apple store told me that it's impossible to fix it). I would definitely recommend this phone repair shop

So I dropped my phone over a year ago and finally had the money to fix it. I chose this company because of the reviews. When I was in the shop they ruined my evening and left me in tears and a panic attack. They said it would be ready in 45 minutes so I left and came back. I told them it had to be ready as I had to get back home. When I came back they said sorry we haven't done it yet because we forgot to ask you about the colour of the side of the screen won't match the original so do I still want them to go ahead. So I had to wait again and as they knew I was in a rush they said it would be done in 30-minutes. An hour later I was still waiting! In tears I walked back to the tube station knowing my whole night was ruined! To top it all off, They must have used incredibly cheap chinese glass from AliExpress because it's scratched and cracked just by it sitting in my handbag, as it has always lived in the past, with the case surrounding it, which has never happened before with the original Huawei screen. This is why they say pay cheap, you buy twice so I may as well have gone direct to Huawei and paid full price! So disappointing! I'm practically back to square one again!

A kind staff fixed the iPhone trouble. He solved a technical problem(couldnt touch the screen at all) that Apple Store couldn't fix in just one second. Highly recommend here for urgent iPhone repair👍
