Old Vamps1 StarWe reported numerous issuesand they just dont get back to you. Left without a boiler and a shower (which they replaced twice) and just excuse after excuse.
Enginners rude and patronising when you talk to them.
For there gold service of £24 a month is absolutely pointless.
