Although my entry phone repair was a bit complicated, both Chris and Roxana did their utmost best to resolve the issue. Tim Dimond-Brown1 StarAbsolutely terrible service. The engineer was gormless and couldn't figure out the problem (a disconnected unit was causing static noise at the front door speaker). He left before it was resolved. I tried to get the company to send an engineer to fix the problem but they wanted to charge me again. Avoid like the plague!
Thanks Jonathan. Well I was as good as my word - just a bit late in leaving the stinking review! The 'additional works' was fixing the problem your engineer was supposed to have fixed the first time - and which you were proposing to charge me again!
