Alba Gulino5 StarI went in a week ago to get a screen protector in a hurry..as I only had like 15 min break from work! I rushed in a the three guys working there at the time were super nice! The guy who helped me get the screen protector also asked to put it on for me! Great service! I asked a few questions regarding my screen ecc! The manager I think it was was super nice and replied nicely with lots of information! Overall super good service! Thank you again for the quick and informed service! I appreciate a lot! Harvey Rees1 StarWould do 0 stars if I could. Took my MacBook in for repair. Was told it would cost £35 to diagnose the issue, but that I shouldn't worry because that would come off the cost of fixing the problem. Was told I would get a call from them in two days. Three days later I rang repeatedly over the course of three hours and no one answered. Visited the store in person and was told that they had sent me an email saying they couldn't fix it as they handed me my laptop back and then started serving other customers. Had to wait in the queue again just to ask to be sent the email they had not actually sent me. Email was resent and it just says they can't repair it because "charging port damaged". I asked for more detail and was told their technician just doesn't have the part required to repair it (it's not an old model - they should have the part). I then took my laptop to Apple who did a quick reset and a software update free of charge and my laptop is absolutely fine, so it didn't need a part anyway! Completely misdiagnosed the issue and charged me £35 for it. Have emailed iSmash twice over the past week explaining this and requesting a refund. Haven't even replied.Friday 9th December 2022

Gonzalo Martinez Roca5 StarMy Pixel 6 pro was switching off after pressing on the left side of the screen. After I explained the issue, Pablo suggested what could be the issue and after checking the phone he was right (screen cable was not attached properly).
Amazing customer service. Pablo was very knowledgeable and professional. I got my phone back after 30 minutes!
