Honestly my experience was fast, quick and efficient with outstanding service yesterday with my iPhone 11. I was so worried about my phones LCD and it was immediately fixed within an hour the store manager was so helpful he even advised me to get a warranty for extra £49 with a free case and protector so protects me in the future. I couldn’t have asked for a better company than Apples pricings. Keep it up 👍

After going to 3 shops on Oxford Street, I came to I Smash in the train station. (The entrance is down the 'No Entry' stairway). Franklin and Vlad were highly professional, and helped me tremendously with my phone repair today. They fixed it within 10 minutes, and gave me 10/10 friendly service with a smile. Will highly recommend and return anytime 😁😁😁

You should definitely think twice before using iSmash. My iPhone 11‘s battery was running low. I would only get about nine hours he’s out of it. So I thought I would take it to iSmash. When I got there the gentleman booked it in and said to come back in an hour and a half. At no point did he tell me that the battery he was going to put in was not an apple genuine part. Anyway we went back to collect the phone and make payment. After making payment I noticed a warning come up on the phone screen. I asked the man in the shop what did it mean? He said “oh that’s because we don’t use genuine Apple parts”. At this point, I didn’t think anything of it. I thought everything would be okay. But then I noticed that within two weeks the battery he had put into. My phone was only lasting about five hours each day so I took it to the local Apple Store. They run some diagnostic tests and said that the only reason the message would come up on my screen like that was was if they were using faulty products and also the battery they had put in could only have been secondhand as it was already half dead. So while Apple were busy sorting out yet. Another new battery yet more cost to me I thought I would come on iSmash at Oxford Street, on my mums phone. The man who answered the phone, made it very clear that they really didn’t want to be bothered with such a mundane thing as them using substandard or even secondhand batteries and passing them off as new or even putting faulty products into my phone. So the more of the story is, do not use iSmash, unless you want substandard, quality service and products. Also, they’re so cool warranty that they offer isn’t worth the paper it’s written in the mouth it’s spouted it out off.

Fixed my iPad in less than a day. Dropped off late in the day and was finished early the next day. Fast service. No hidden fees. Considerably cheaper than Apple. 4 stars because the Face ID doesn’t work after the screen replacement however was warned beforehand that this may be the case. Swift and cheap repair. I’d recommend the place if you have the same problem however I hope I won’t have to return 😮‍💨

Really impressed with iPad battery replacement which was done quickly and at a reasonable price. (£49 vs Apple is charging £99) The person who was helping me, Vlad, was knowledgeable and helpful - thank you!
