Kirit Devshi5 StarFirst of all the service provided had been professionally excellent. I’ve had alarms fitted previously by others and had a few things to say about them. These guys provide a high level detail to the job at hand. I work in a professional business environment and I see the attention to detail when they explain what is required and what they did to my home residence. Key thing here is they 1. They spent time explaining what is required and happy to work round my needs 2. They came in on time and finished on estimated ETA provided. 3. Very polite and tidy when they came to install. 4. Provided training on the new alarm system and how it works plus above and beyond provide support service whilst I got used the device.
Normally I have a tendency to sit behind any one who come in for a repair of any sort(plumber, electrician etc) but this time i left it to the experts and was very impressed.

Nitesh Varsani5 StarWe’ve recently moved into our new house and were after an alarm and CCTV that offered a bit more than the standard home alarm. We already get a lot of use out of our Control4 and have got a smart thermostats installed so we just wanted something that would fit with our existing home system. Installation was smooth. We are all familiar with using apps and actually found this one really straight forward. Very impressed so far and keen to use some of the other features on it. Overall we have found this to be a great product and especially for the price point as we didn’t want a monthly monitoring fee, just an alarm that we can rely on. The CCTV we had fitted also compliments & works with the Control4 smart system we have.
