We cannot praise JGO Electrical Services highly enough for the service that they provided to us. Having finally obtained planning permission to remodel our home we needed to instruct an electrician to undertake quite a significant job that included the rewiring all of the electrics and lighting, installing fire alarm and CCTV, data cabling along with all the sound and TV installations too. Unlike some of the other contractors Joe and his team took the time to go through our plans and were consultative in their approach, going into detail in order to help us make the right decisions. Having the right number of sockets located in areas of the room, in order for you to have complete flexibility of room arrangement, is something that we didn’t consider so the time they spent with us was hugely valuable to us. They directed us to suppliers to help us select the good and fittings at competitive prices too. They did an excellent job for us but we have been most impressed with the aftercare. With the installation of quite a lot of new tech, naturally sometimes things will go wrong or require updating, Joe was and is always available to talk us, in order to help us solve the problem, and on a number of occasions whereby we couldn’t quite understand how do what is required, he would come round to address the issue to get us fully operational swiftly. When doing so, taking the time to show us what he did, so should the problem arise again in the future we are equipped to deal with it. Joe has been helping us in our new house with various jobs (switching 42 halogen kitchen lights to LEDs, swapping the old fuse board for a modern one, and installing a car charging point). He's been punctual, reliable and all work has been done professionally and with great care. To top it off, he's been a pleasure to deal with, so we'll be using his services again for our next round of works very soon!
