Fanstastic and friendly service at unbeatable prices! Had my iPhone screen replaced for £60 with a 6 month warranty. The phones speaker wasn’t working so I went back 5 months later and they fixed it free of charge!

This is hands down the best place to get your phone / electronics accessories from in the whole of London! Choose from a broad range of phone cases, screen protectors, cables, and many more - for an extremely affordable price! The staff is absolutely professional and will help you resolve any issue that you might be having - it is the people that work here that make this shop special. I personally got an iPhone case and a glass screen protector from here recently and was not disappointed! Overall - would 100% recommend!

Terrible experience, I would give zero stars if possible. Dropped phone to be repaired, it needed screen replacing. 2 days later the phone is not repaired and they claim they don't have the screen to replace it with. Phone returned in worse condition - screen flickering and home button not working anymore. They claim they never touched it. STAY AWAY. Later edit: they are liers. I took the phone somewhere else to be fixed. It has been opened and a bunch of screws and plates are missing inside. Complete liers. Do not leave your phones with them.

Said they buy goods to resale. Agreed to give 2 ps5 £520 brand new sealed in box for them and 1 open for £510, one open fair enough they declined but we agreed on two sealed u can't fault to sealed product's with receipts. I return with them sealed had the cheek to try waste my time and undercut me sayin £500 each when knew had elsewhere to go for same price and whole point I didn't go was so they could pay £20 extra. and when I disapproved told me to leave. They knew what was playing at If, they was laughing at me to get out whilst asking why undercutting me. If your not serious about paying £520 for sealed goods then don't say that and expect the customer to bring goods. You can't get better than sealed products. In my experience there timewasters, don't take business or customer service seriously. There manners and customer service are atrocious. I wouldn't return again for any service. There's other repair shops in victoria/pimlico area I would honestly look elsewhere instead of investing your money on this customer service. Time & money isn't a joke Who does this for amusement, if your serious about buying something and ask them to bring how can u reject sealed. probably find better prices for your electricals else where, they didn't even wanna pay 500 to begin with and messed about knowing i had no time to go other shop even had to wait 20mins on return for person to go toilet for him to mess about. Ive even sold 550 to other local game repair stores in past sealed. There's also no certain ownership of shop they choose when they wanna play owner to decieve people. To shift blame. If they said no not interested at begin we wouldn't be here. Don't tell someone your willing to pay a price for item sealed if your not going too. There's nothing to judge. waste of peoples time. You can't get better than a sealed item. The situation is so daunting like where's commonsense, what more u expected from sealed, diamonds, gold. I tried to understand there problem, but what can you understand. Its evidently sealed you can't get a product in any better condition, especially a hot rare item you can't source at all. There laughing but I find there common sense hilarious. No other company would do this it's unprofessional yes they can reject open used goods. Not sealed after uve said bring and agreed price. TIME WASTE.
