I rang to ask about one thing, but I didn't get a chance to even do so as I was cut short and was told it was his day off, in a dismissive tone. Not nice at all. Do not pick up your phone on your days off "Jays Autos", please. Or if you do (on your day off), then please let the customer finish their sentence, and end the conversation politely and in a professional manner.

Had recently had my car MOt and serviced by another company. But had issues on starting after collecting it, but the other garage wanted more money to see what the issue was. Instead I found Jays auto they came out and turns out that the fuel filter I had replaced had air in the fuel line. So now I have a car that runs perfect thanks again guys 100% recommend

Called jays autos as i had a flat tyre they were with me in 20 minutes Jay and Dave did a great job changing tyre with a new one and at a great price! I then booked a service and MOT Very efficient I sat at home whilst they took my car and it was back late afternoon fully serviced and the mot. Thanks guys

Wow what a service! My car has been one big problem but they are not phased by this and have come out quickly, making sure that I am mobile. I simply cannot rate them enough. Thanks to Jay and Ollie I feel that I have safe and secure motoring at affordable prices.
