New owners a ripoff they try to charge you for stuff not agreed
I gave them a second chance few years back they come in saying it’s the best system I have and once I resigned the contract started asking for extra fees like I have to change the monitor etc..
charged me for the call out that they didn’t even fix
Don’t mind paying but like to be told upfront the fees
