Excellent tradesman, came to wire a boiler i’d Installed and identified safety issues which were quickly remedied, as this job was a little far out for my regular electrician I posted the job on here, this is the first time I’ve dealt with any tradesman from this site and I have to say I wouldn’t hesitate to use it again and couldn’t fault James, he was efficient, punctual and very reasonably priced. Thanks again for your hard work and I’ll be using your company for any future work in that area. I couldn’t fault James. He came immediately, sorted the water heater quickly but then had to really puzzle over the bathroom light which eventually proved to be a faulty unit. He was happy to go out and buy a new one which he has fitted – job done, reasonably priced and one very happy customer. Will definitely use him again.

James has re wired our entire lighting, put in various new sockets and is always on hand should we have any electrical issues. We have been really pleased with all his work and he is someone you can trust to carry a competent and skilled job everytime.

Imagine it's after 8pm on a Bank Holiday Monday and all the sockets in the house stop working. After 3 hours of YouTube videos, the RCD switch failed to return to the 'on' position having unplugged every applicance in the house. Eventually called KINGDOM ELECTRICAL. What a reassuring manner - nothing seemed to phase him during a video chat. Concluded it was a faulty (out of date) RCD switch which needed replacing. We arranged a call for the next day only to find I'd called the wrong KINGDOM ELECTRICAL. I was in Devon and he (James) was in Kent! We did laugh. He was so gracious and wished me well. This speaks volumes for James and the customer service he practices. If I lived in Kent, James would be my go-to-guy for all things electric. What a nice bloke!! Once in a while there goes a person who is genuinely good. Go ahead and compare this story with other services.
