I went here to get my Poco X3 NFC repaired as it had been broken. I was told it would cost £90 and take up to a week. Reluctantly, I agreed, a mistake on my part to agree to such a high price for a simple screen repair. It ended up taking 11 days, with poor responsiveness on their part as I had to keep asking them again and again about the status of my phone. When I eventually collected it, it was clear that they repaired it on the day I got it back (it was covered with tape), despite them going beyond the time they said it would take. They might argue that it took them so long because they had to get the new screen shipped overseas, but the communication was poor and there was no apology or compensation offered. When I got it back I found out that I couldn't make phone calls as the proximity sensor was broken. After a week I had to go to Kings Cross just for them to tell me to come back in a few days once they had ordered a new one. When I did come again the guy "replaced" the proximity sensor (although I didn't actually see him do this), but the issue still persisted. I was told I would have to pay more money for him to investigate the issue, as he said there must be an issue with the motherboard caused from when I dropped the phone. I just decided to cut my losses and go home. No apology and no compensation was offered throughout this whole process. I've spent £90 on a phone repair and ended up with a phone that can't do the main purpose of a phone - make phone calls. Whether or not this is their fault I cannot tell, but I certainly wouldn't have spent £90 if I knew this would be the outcome - not that they seem to care. You deserve a cheaper price and better customer service.

They were able to sort out my screen within the day itself. Very efficient and I was able to have it repaired whilst I waited. After trying to sort this out having had issues when away, it was great to have this resolved so quickly. Thanks team!
