I was very impressed by the speed of Neil's responses after I first contacted him. I was in a situation where swift responses were needed and Neil did not disappoint me, even though there was no firm job at that point. When he was finally given the green light by me , we were on a tight timeline for information which he provided immediately. He also provided a very quick quote for further work, and then shortly after amended that to say that he might be able to repair something successfully rather than change it completely, which would cost far less. I very much appreciated his honest approach...when does that happen these days, especially from someone you have never actually met, in a big city. Thank you Neil !

If you want electrical work doing then I suggest you stay away from this company as you are likely to get let down. This is probably why they insist on having a contract so they can decide if the job is worth their while or not. Quoted for a rewire on a project to take place with ample notice and agreement and the week to be scheduled - day or two before received phone call stating electrician is injured! Like I am really supposed to be able to get someone else in with 24-48 hours notice! Re-scheduled for week commencing January and then stated electrician is shielding yet when following up with the office received the comms that electrician is 'on site' and give me until midday! 72 hours later no response! Complete waste of time if you hope to get any form of electrics done.. not worth the headache and project is now delayed as a result of this incompetent firm.
