Tom Letts5 StarLouis initially came to quote on some low level renovation but instead stayed to take on and advise on the complete kitchen remodel. Extremely knowledgeable and professional, he identified issues we hadn’t thought about. He removed a wall and carried out a complete re-wire, fitting multiple sockets, ceiling spots and appliances.Sunday 29th January 2023
Created by Lau1 Star£70 for 10 minutes call out which they did nothing. Said it's a Saturday and can't do nothing until Monday. Left with no hot water or heating for 2 days. Despite telling them the switch on the wall was the pressure pump for the ensuite shower and not the immersion heater.
Had to buy 2 space heater for the kids and took Monday off work to wait for them. They ignore my call and messages until mid day and said they were busy and couldn't come. That was the last I heard from them.
Had no choice but to call another person and it took less the 30 minutes to fix the problem!Friday 11th November 2022
