I have used Landlord Certificates for several years ~ they were initially recommended by OpenRent. The company is the most competitively priced. They are professional & efficient~ I received the certificates the day after the inspections. I would certainly recommend them.

I have used their service 4 times. It's very easy to book their services online and make payment. The engineer came at agreed time and provide friendly and professional services. The gas certificate was issued quickly. They also have loyalty discounts for returning customers.

Avoid avoid avoid! I would rate this 0 if there was an option. Can't believe companies like this get away with taking money from people and not delivering a service properly! They charge less than others because they fail every EICR. I have 3 properties I asked them to assess and they failed them all so I would pay more money for them to reassess. I didn't, I called another electrician and asked them to assess and they were shocked it was failed in the first place!

Booking in the first appointment was relatively easy - but it went downhill from there. First I was sent the wrong documents - I had to chase multiple times over several days to get the correct one. Then they said the EICR failed - so I could request a quote. Which I chased for 9 days and came out so expensive - with no explanation of what would actually be done. 5 days later and I am still waiting for the explanation. However, I have now gone and found someone else to fix things for half the price with a new EICR. AVOID!
