Simon is very professional and knowledgeable and he does a great job. He gives you a quote for the job he needs to do and he sticks to it which is really a big +. James Dowell5 StarSimon rewired some of my kitchen after John Lewis objected to a spur off the separate oven circuit (the new oven had a higher power rating).
He turned up on time, made it very clear how he was going to do the job and gave an accurate idea of time it would take.
He then separately, after John Lewis were still unhappy about one cable (as Simon pointed out, they have a sheet to follow and are highly inflexible) - I called him and he said he's fit the oven instead, that same evening. He explained exactly why he'd done what he did (choice of cable, backbox etc) and left me in no doubt it was a highly professional job.
Highly recommended!!
And even with parts (cable etc) cheaper than John Lewis' install, the cost of which I had refunded.
Fully documented exactly what he'd done including proper tests to demonstrate continuous earth.Friday 5th February 2021
