Ian Cooper5 StarCame out after 10pm on a Saturday night when we had a major issue with our electricity. It transpired that the electrician that our builder had subcontracted to had taken some dodgy shortcuts. This was sorted out, all very professionally.
Beyond attending on a Saturday within 1 hour, the professional service, what really struck me was the fact that instead of slamming his van door at 10:30pm and annoying the neighbours, he closed the door quietly. Kind of sums it up really, professional and conscientious.
