Steve came and advised me listening to all my concerns and requirements. He adjusted the product to ensure that it provided all the security I required and that I could review it remotely. He is responsive, punctual, totally reliable and communicates clearly and proactively. Steve's distinguishing advantage is his ability to think creatively and solve complicated problems such as Lutron lighting difficulties, pre-existing ethernet wiring problems, internal and external wifi issues and complex amplifier and receiver solutions.
