I have used M.E.L twice! The first was an emergency call out as I had no lighting when I first moved into my E17 flat. Mike offered to attend the same day to help me out and fix the problem! The second time was for planned works including light installation, new sockets and outdoor electrical supply. Mike arranged quotes ahead of the job, discussed the work in detail and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to ensure the electrical work was completed before my decorating started!
