Shahzaib zaman1 StarI was forced to pay £60 for a service that should have been a quick and simple task. When I called to have a yellow sign removed, which usually takes just a minute after attaching a device, I ended up having to travel to the business owner's house. To my dismay, I was forced to pay £60 for a so-called "diagnosis" that never happened. The whole encounter was marked by the owner's unprofessionalism, rudeness, and a dismissive attitude towards my concerns. It was an entirely negative experience that left me feeling taken advantage of.
