3211 StarReceived a quote for EICR testing & certificate for £120 but when he got to the property he said he cant do the testing as the fuse box is old. Never the less, Bilal charged me the full £120 for doing noting. Could have asked me for a picture of the fuse box if he cant test the older boxes. Additionally, I did tell him over the phone that it is an old fuse box.Monday 12th October 2020
