Just want to give a massive shout out to Medway computers. Absolutely the best service our computer just died I called David and I was able to drop it off straight away and collect 2 hours later. Whilst I was there I noticed he also repairs phone screens which has come in very handy. A brilliant service and very affordable. Would not go anywhere else super professional service thank you.

Brilliant service from start to finish, I broke the screen on my Macbook so I contacted Medway Computers via email for a quote, got a quick response and took it in on Wednesday afternoon, it was ready for me to pick up Friday. It also looked like new so I think it also got a bit of a well deserved clean as well. The staff are friendly and obviously knowledgeable, I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for the repair, if I need anything else fixed I'll definitely be using you again. Thank You

I have used Medway Computers many times, and have always found both Dave, and Lee to be very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Both always have a cheerful disposition and always chat with a smile on their face, even if at the end of a visit you do not spend any money. They will always help with advice and tell you the truth, and not a fancy sales pitch like some other places just to get you to spend money you don't need to.

Excellent service, I couldn't be happier. They found the problem with my self-assembled pc in no time, checked all of it, and found some plastic films I had totally missed. Highly professional, nice and available to explain the issues. I definitely recommend them.
