Very poor Professional i used him thinking he is my neighbour. First thing he doesn't know what is wrong with boiler and suggested me to do power flush so central heating will work. While power flush, nothing happened water came all clear and heating is still not working. he called his friend and his friend said boiler need to be replace. I bought boiled and he replaced it (while replacing boiler he was telling like i need to provide all those small copper pipe pieces which i never had such issue with other plumber when i moved boiler from bedroom to kitchen ). usually installing boiler is 1 day job, he took 5 day to finish. He charged me for all work including unnecessary power flush. At last i asked him for invoice. He provided invoice but did not mention boiler installation. I asked him why? he said he can't mention in the Invoice. i have doubt about is gas safe qualification. i again asked him to mention in the invoice he got angry and cut off the phone. Think before you hire.

Installed sockets improperly and didn't notified me about it. After 15 days when it's not working properly and asked for help, asking for call out charge. Not professional and unethical behaviour
