I brought a HDMI wire for phone to TV and when didn't work and I later returned the customer service was amazing, no problems or qualms the gentleman whom sold it to me, without hesitation refunded me and was polite with great customer service. My 9 year old daughter also loves to buy pop sockets there, can't say a bad word about this business or the lovely service 👌🏻

Came here to repair my MacBook Pro, the price was very reasonable, and the first man I spoke to was very nice, so two stars. But it went downhill from there. After two weeks, I still hadn’t heard from them about my MacBook, so I phoned and they blamed me for leaving wrong contact details. I had a copy of my receipt, my details were correct. When I came in to the store to pick my laptop up, I told I didn’t appreciate them blaming me, and the man said “Why are you telling me, it wasn’t me? Advice for Mobile2buy, if a customer a complaint, it’s not personal. It’s good customer service to deal with the problem and try to rectify it, instead of defending yourself.

STAY AWAY-all there products are faulty I went there to buy apple ear phones and firstly they sold me the wrong earphones. When I took the wrong earphones back to the shop they wanted me to pay an additional £6 for Bluetooth enabled earphones and refused to give me a refund so I can go elsewhere. I then decided I might as well buy I-phone original earphones so that I do not have this problem again. I bought them for £20 and I tested the earphones in the shop straight after purchasing and they were faulty- they would not work in the phone. The guy on the counter tried to tell me it is my fault and I need to fix my phone- honestly a really dodgy shop with dodgy products, do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY!!

Cost 65 for replacement screen for a low price mobile and the fone ain't worth using now. Should have left it and waste time going back. Don't believe the up reviews there just bull
