Popped by at the shop so that I may print out some papers and also wanted to replace my screen protector. Staff had communicated with me perfectly and I was able to receive my papers and was given a high quality screen protector. I've dropped my phone a lot this week after getting the protector replaced and it still hasn't cracked ! great quality and great customer service.

went to the other to ask for a phone repair as my screen was broken as well as my battery, within under an hour my phone had been fixed and the battery had been replaced. phone is fully functional and the member of staff was very polite. would certainly recommend as prices are wonderful for its location !!!!

Bought a pair of mobile headphones from this shop, left shop within hour headphones were defective went back following day for an exchange was told we dont exchange. Asked for my money back was also told we dont give refunds and man pointed beneath counter to show me their refund policy. I explained this is unacceptable and either i was given a refund or exchange my headphones. Was told what do you expect for £15 you you need to pay £200 for a real set of headphones. The shop has now been reported for selling me counter fit goods and is under investigation will update on outcome plus will be writing as instructed to shop for either replacement or my money back as advised by Hackney Council. You have been warned people.

WARNING: the workmanship and products fitted by these people is of poor quality. I had a battery replaced on my iphone - they charged me extra for a "German" made "Apple" battery, which turns out to be a fake made in China. They broke the screen whilst replacing the battery and refused to replace it. They also did not fix the casing back properly, so my phone is now a wreck. Whilst I was in store another customer was complaining about a battery and a touch screen which Mobile Inn had replaced, both of which have stopped working after a few months. Very poor products. Very poor workmanship. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money - go elsewhere.

went to change phone screen as it broke. lied and said they will fit original screen. destroyed my phone. you could see the glue. screen was just stuck with too much glue it looked odd. then when i complained the guy goes 'oh no one does original screens they are more expensive, this is the best copy you will find any where' was not bothered to argue with him because clearly he wasn't right up there. selling it as original then saying it wasn't when i said this was a cowboy job. waste of my time waste of my money. had to go in and out several days for the guy to remove screen again. it was a joke. so in the end i just chucked the phone in the bin and bought a new one. that place is joke. avoid.
