Established in 1980, we’re a friendly, family-run garage based a stone’s throw from Gillingham in Rainham, Kent.  We offer a broad range of garage services, including all forms of car repair, car servicing, vehicle diagnostics and MOT tests. Our highly qualified and experienced team boasts over 28 years’ experience within the garage services trade. As such, we’re one of the Rainham and Gillingham areas’ most knowledgeable teams of mechanics, and capable of dealing with anything that’s thrown at us – from changing a set of tyres, to diagnosing and amending complex engine issues. We pride ourselves on the friendly, personal service that we offer our clients. A lot of our business comes from motorists who find that larger garages and dealerships can’t give them the time and attention they deserve, while charging extortionate rates for fairly run-of-the-mill car repair, car servicing, simple vehicle diagnostics or MOT tests. We’re a fantastic alternative to a Rainham or Gillingham chain-owned garage, offering excellent automotive services at a fraction of the price. Our team will always keep you informed about the status of your vehicle every step of the way, explaining to you what needs to be done in layman’s terms. It’s not our style to aim to confuse our clients and find work that isn’t there. Our job is to get you safely back on the road as soon as possible. Unable to drop your vehicle off at our garage? Don’t worry! We’re called Motor Mobile for a reason. If the work you need done is minor and can be carried out at your property, then we’ll endeavour to do so. Alternatively, we offer a collection and delivery service within a 10 mile radius of our Rainham base. I have used this garage regularly over the last few years for my car and my wife's car and found the level of service very good and have recommended to friends. This is a no frills garage with expert advice from Danny and Mat. I had a difficult to diagnose intermittent knocking sound on my focus which Danny and Mat correctly located and repaired. Many thanks

The garage is super reachable by phone and we could come by immediately. The service was excellent. Different options were tried and discussed how our problem could be solved. Very helpful and friendly. I can only recommend.

Fantastic Service, I called the AA as my car wouldn't start, they told me my starter motor needed replacing and best to call a mobile mechanic. I tried many and didn't have any luck who could fix it quickly. However when I called Motor Mobile and spoke to Danny it was a different story. As promised he call me back quickly with a quote, he then came to my home, took the car away to replace the starter motor and returned it the next day. I paid over the phone so didn't have to miss a day off work. Will defiantly use this garage again, Danny is very helpful, quick to respond and gave a great service which is rare these days.

I don’t live in Kent but as my car broke down there and the AA recovery guys recommended this Garage. We had a quick look online and found really great reviews as well. Danny was fantastic and turned around the much faster than my expectations. When I came back to Rainham, Gillingham train station Danny kindly picked me up from the train station so I could collect the car. My clutch master cylinder had failed and the cost of replacing the part and the labor cost was very reasonable. Danny also supplied me with a invoice with some text to support my appeal of a parking fine as I had to push the car to a side and couldn’t park in a suitable location.

Used this garage several times and they’ve always found time to help and always fully explained everything to me in clear and helpful terms. Can’t recommend them enough. Last visit they had to do a really significant repair as my old car was pretty much falling apart and my brakes failed on the way in. The guys were kind and talked through everything which needed to be done then got to it swiftly so I could get my car back. 5 out of 5 from me.
