Super-friendly and helpful! Definitely recommended! I went in with an appointment (although they also accept direct walk-ins) to look at my iphone which had stopped charging. They diagnosed the fault within seconds, and fixed it within minutes. Top marks all round! Please keep providing a good service like this guys!!

Would not recommend. I have rarely been spoken to so poorly by employees that are meant to be customer facing. Having problems with a laptop is frustrating enough without having to deal with staff’s poor attitude. I will travel a bit further but go to the Apple Store instead Update: in response to MR, I would like to flag that the issue you refer to in your response is linked to a component that you yourselves changed after making the same diagnostic (issue with charging) on the laptop in February 2022 (when the computer was definitely still in guarantee, bought in May 2021). The fact that you did not actually repair it properly at the time is not something I would highlight. As I flagged to the Apple Store in May 2022 that the charging issues continued after your “repair”. Don’t worry, Apple will now take care of the actual repair.

Avoid! The staff I interacted with were nice enough, if a little patronising (classic tech bro mansplaining) but I had taken my laptop in for a screen replacement, which is an issue I had experienced on another laptop and so understood pretty well. They decided to quote me for loads of other work that didn’t need to be done and wasn’t asked for. The final cost was more than the cost of a new laptop, which is ridiculous to assume anyone would accept. Maybe they thought I would just unquestioningly believe everything they said? They didn’t even offer the original repair I had asked for as a sole option and instead tried to sell me a new laptop (?!). I then took my laptop to Apple who were lovely, so helpful and replaced the screen in a couple of days without a fuss charging significantly less than half of what I was quoted by MR Shoreditch. Just go to Apple directly, they don’t charge to diagnose the issue and they’re much more trustworthy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Just bring your Mac into Apple, who will fairly diagnose whatever issue you have and offer you fair, tiered pricing. Had these clowns take my laptop WITHOUT signing a work authorization with me, have me come back another hour later, after they said the work would begin and we could estimate the job when I returned, just to turn the other way and take no responsibility on a good faith basis. After I said fine, I’ll leave it with your shop, please proceed with the wipe and fix, had it stay there for nearly a week, without that work being done, and with a new estimate, for physical damage through the roof - a quote I have had now re-verified with Apple, who quoted several hundred pounds less. What a joke and waste of time - Apple needs to take away that third party authorized mark of quality they have hanging in there - obviously their quality has declined over the last couple of years since it has been awarded. These jokers also need to learn a thing or two about customer service, but obviously are committed to running a racket instead and hiding behind silence.
