First I would like to say my alarm company contract was purchased by this company I would never have chosen them, if I could find a company to move to I would be off like a shot. Their customer service is nonexistent, for simple annual service appointments they never arrive in 4hr time period booked nor do they let you know they’re running late. In one case they didn’t turn up at all, they’d forgotten to put the booking on the diary even though I had the confirmation email. Another time I had a short notice change to a long standing booking because they wanted a training day. I get the feeling that the residential customers are at the bottom of the pile and the corporate customers get priority treatment. I have contacted them directly and still waiting.

We recently instructed MRFS to carry out a survey of an existing alarm system which we inherited. The service from initial call to the office and on to arrange an engineer was met by a friendly member of the team who swiftly booked a visit by one of their service professionals. The visit was smooth and efficient all whilst adhering to the social distancing and wearing the correct PPE. The outcome was a through assessment of our system with minor service requirements and part changes to restore it to a fully functioning system. The chap who visited also inspected some our of lighting as the Lutron system was out of sync, he recommended a few upgrades which we have booked on another visit. Once the work was completed it was an easy process to sign up with the service agreement and arrange payment. Thanks also to Tyler, Ben and Omar who had assisted in our works and were a pleasure to deal with.
