In my opinion the staff at o2 are rather unkeen to be doing their job like its a chore to them. Although one member of staff was extremely pleasant to deal with went out on a limb and on the whole was a pleasant experience that kind of service which has secured my trust and wanting to pursue business with o2. And the rest of the team including the store leader could really do with taking a leaf out of he's book .....

What a difference this shop is compared to my recent visit to the Bluewater shop. The staff here were friendly and helpfull, got our new phone, all questions answered and all within 20 minuits. Bluewater, 3hours wait, rude and unhelpfull staff, just a very bad experiance. See O2 it can be done with the right staff, congrats to Chatham shop

Went in a few weeks back to trade in a phone and upgrade early, the guy that served me was polite but it went down hill from there. When trading in my phone it recognised it as a different model with less storage, the man said he had to email a team who will change it and get back to him and then he will call me to upgrade, I’m still waiting for the call from this person who said they had set a reminder to call me (rubbish) I had problems with people in this store before who say things and don’t stick to them or they are completely wrong and don’t like to be called out on it. I won’t be going back in there anymore and I will probably just change networks as I know you get better customer service and better deals elsewhere, it’s a shame really as there are some decent people who work for this company.

I took an elderly friend to get a new phone and the young girl who served us was so helpful. She downloaded all information from the old phone. Helped her with the purchase and explained everything clearly for her. Excellent service.
