What ever you do only go to this shop on a Sunday the staff are fantastic, and very helpful. I went for two new phones my wife went from a iPhone to the new Samsung Z flip so we were told we had to download a app to save details and if we had any problems come back and they would sort it out for us, I have no doubt that if we had gone back on a Sunday they would of, unfortunately my wife went in to the shop on a Monday, the two members of staff were just not interested didn't seem to no what they were doing and completely incompetent at one point they said it couldn't be done and they needed a coffee my wife walked out the shop upset and confused she was the only customer in there at that time but they didn't want to no, I had to order the two phones and it took a week not a problem, but when a week goes by and no one's phoned and when you do you get yeah there in don't no why no-one phone you (incompetents) a phone shop that don't no how to sort out phones really, we got a friend to sort it so it can be done they just couldn't be bothered, so please if you want a better experience at this shop go on a Sunday staff that no what they're doing and will go out of their way for you.

Make sure your confident to speak out. We had been waiting 30 minutes to be seen. When the black chap in store was free he went to the last person that walked in, a black woman and left us standing. Really not a good impression.

Great service received.. Didn't feel like I was being sold anything.. Simply chose what I wanted after going through the specs with the guy. The phone I wanted wasn't actually available despite being on display but that was the worst thing...
