Giovanna Mills5 StarI have been a customer of Octagon Security for many years and have found dealing with them very straightforward. However, this morning the company excelled themselves in terms of the service they provided. I was having a new composite front door fitted, when I realised that I hadn't arranged for Octagon to readjust the contacts on the front door. I rang them just after 8.30am and an engineer was with me before 10.30 to fix a new contact whilst the door fitter was still on site. hash 1235 StarHad alarm system installed in September everyone from booking, quoting and fitting friendly and informative. Used the call out service this weekend as a fault in alarm, again a friendly voice at the end of the phone and when we couldn't fix the problem Jamie was here within half hour and explained what had happened and was able to reset alarm.
