I am not the person to give a review but I am really upset and angry the way how they work. They gave me the laptop completely broken on the frame after being changed three times the screen. They never checked the screen with spots though it was the second hand. Although my frame was with some cracks, they shouldn't give me the laptop like the photo shown below with a metalic thing outside of the frame. You can see the pictures and how incompetent they are. Because I can not reply for your response underneath I can do now. It's not the way to work. I have shown my laptop to my friends who are really shocked for the bad work. It's not the way you are. I don't blame no one. The small tape you talk It was a just a bit cover for the frame but anyone can do it. You have to do the proper job. I felt completely offensive the way you gave me the laptop. Anyway you broke my laptop and I have to follow the instructions of Consumer Rights Act 2015. You don't have to tell me by text and messade in a democratic country which feedback I need to give when the proof of pictures is tangible. My desktop is not anymore horizontal and it fells down easily, there is not balance. It never happened to me. Do you give the laptop like that? I am really really upset.

I went in there in need of a single blank DVD (for the first time in several years). The shop usually sells them in packs, but the very helpful owner was kind enough to find a single blank disc and jewel case for me, which obviously was much cheaper. Greatly appreciated - thank you. Will certainly go back next time I'm in need. Best wishes.
