P B5 StarI wanted to make sure all my personal confidential data and docs were safely erased on my work laptop, before I handed this in. I was recommended PC MAC Doctors in Richmond by my sister in law, after she had an excellent experience herself. Daniel was kind and explained the right support I needed. Such a lovely guy and very professional. They done it in 24hrs and I was able to collect the laptop the next day. It was a peace of mind and I am ever so grateful. I have an old laptop that I was going to replace, took it to PCMacDoctors and they got me back up and running. The team were very friendly, confident and very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again when I decide to purchase a new computer. I have been asked to pay £60 for a dry and check of the phone, I’ve also been told that in case the phone would need any piece changed I would have been previously contacted for approval. After 2 days a
I go to the shop to ask for any updates, and one of the guys that worked there told me that the screen of the phone has been change and that that would cost £150 + VAT. (I haven’t been asked any approval!)
I have decided to pay be really in need of the phone, asking for my old screen back, that couldn’t be found.
I’ve got home and the screen looks like one of the cheaper hat I’ve ever seen, not fitting the phone in the right way and with a terrible contrast in in the colour! No way this is worth
£180 (+£60 for the drying) .
