Phoned PC Point after my laptop was damaged by water. After speaking to Joseph, he explained it would cost a lot of money to fix the computer, and it'd be more economical to replace it. When I asked about backing up the hard drive on the broken laptop, I was told I could do it myself! Joseph explained fairly clearly how I could do it myself and save money rather than pay for him to do it. So I did, and I quickly learnt how to back-up my hard drive from a very busted old laptop. Joseph persuaded me against giving him my custom, and gave me advice for free. So for now a positive review is what I will give in return. If I have any future problems arising on my new computer, PC Point would be my first point of call.

These guys are amazing. Replaced my HDD at very reasonable price. Also recovered all the data off the failed drive, and on a no-data no-fee basis. Great communication and customer service throughout the process. Can't recommend highly enough.

I am so lucky to have this shop at the end of my road!! They take care of me, these lovely men, so efficiently and quickly. All my needs re my laptop. The shop is busy because they are so good at looking after all of their customers. They are knowledgeable and patient and have almost everything in stock. You will be delighted to find them and you too will become a dedicated customer and friend.
