I really believed I had possibly lost decades worth of computer work, which is beyond serious for someone who tries to spend the minimum amount of time necessary working on my computer. I had, none-the-less, accumulated a hefty bulk of material (photos, music, film clips and documents). I had no capacity to remedy my corrupted OS on my own. Hefin saved me from catastrophic disaster. I have a beautifully functioning system now, though, with my own slow Internet connection.

Hefin and his team were very prompt in returning my call and gave me useful and balanced advice about what to do with my laptop issue. I decided to ask them to repair it which Hefin did very speedily and costs were as expected. This saved us buying a brand new laptop and our old laptop now runs very fast again like when we first bought it. Highly recommend.

Hefin's service is always prompt, friendly and reliable and his knowledge and trouble-shooting ability is second to none! Despite a challenging broadband connection speed, he not only upgraded my PC but spent time ensuring that my printer, email and other programmes worked as they should with all previous 'rules' reinstated, all anomalies sorted out and all unnecessary programme files deleted so that my PC works fast and efficiently. I'm delighted with it! Thank you Hefin!

I have known and used Hefin Harries and his firm PC ResQ for close on 10 years for advice and dealing with any matter relating to computer or online for all my affairs (both personal and business) and also for the rest of my family. We rely on Hefin's knowledge and expertise to cure any problems which may and do arise. Indeed,we called on Hefin last week when my computer and email account were hacked into. Hefin came to our aid with advice as to what immediate steps should be taken and also how to safeguard the system for the future. Hefin knows computers and more to the point is a nice person to deal with.
