Please do not use these plumbers. The plumber who visited my property broke my toilet pan whilst removing it to fix a tiny leak on my flush pipe. It was a lovely wall hung toilet pan and he completely smashed it up and then charged me £1,200 to replace it. I had to pay the money to ensure my family was not left without a toilet. My father was a plumber and I've worked in the building trade myself. It not at all cleat at how so much damage was caused to the this wall hung pan during its removal. This is either incompetency or an intentional strategy to increase the size of a very minor repair. It is really interesting that it was my wife who showed him the leak and he didn't know a man with knowledge of the building trade was in the building until he had smashed the pan. It just does not feel right. I just rang to complain and was told someone will call me back Tuesday. It is Friday. They don't yet appear to be taking my complaint seriously. This is very disappointing.

We use Pimlico to keep on top of cleaning our drains everywhere 5 months. They always do an amazing job and have a great guest line. Nothing is too much!!!! 5 stars service. Thanks guys! keep up the great work

Easy to book. Available at short notice. When booked in advance they actually call you if they have someone available close by on an earlier day. Guys are professional and they do their job swiftly without trying to make the time go over and charge extra time. They are clean, efficient and know their stuff. In the past I used handymen at cheaper rate but they would always try to make sure they had to go back to the van 3 times for something or other so that the job would take longer. None of this happens with Pimlico. I am a very happy customer!

We managed to get an appointment really quickly. The drainage expert arrived right on time, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it with another colleague, within a few hours. They were very professional, friendly, and left our home and garden clean and tidy. Would recommend.
