My experience has been nothing but exemplary. My first port of call was their office where I spoke with Jemma and their electrician (I can't remember his name, apologies). Their team were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful all at the same time. The work in question can be described I suppose as some make-safe work on wiring. The day of the work came and I met their electrician Ben who was very professional and diligent. He explained everything that he was going to do and the final job was very tidy and super safe. It was a pleasure to deal with such a nice company. I'll definitely be using these guys again. Well worth every penny. Kindest Regards Chris

The team were highly responsive, found a mutually acceptable day/time slot very quickly, they were clear on possible costs via phone and via website chat. Within minutes of finalizing the details I had an email to the job reference and who would visit and when. Work Carried out: Electric Bathroom Heated Towel Rail Replacement Mains Wired Kitchen Heat Detector / Hallway Smoke Detector replacement Peter who visited was amazing, he texted the morning of the job with his ETA, he took true pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect before he left. I can not find fault with the service provided

James from Positive Contractors installed a new consumer unit in my flat. It was a difficult installation but James did a fantastic job. He is a true professional and apart from that a really nice person. I will definitely use them again for electrical work.

Our experience has been anything but 'Positive' with this company. They should rename themselves as Cowboy Contractors because that is exactly what they are! If you do decide to use their shambolic services then be warned they'll likely send someone over who has zero communication skills, or better yet, they'll send someone who speaks no english at all so good luck with resolving your issue in a timely manner or at all!

I reached out and had a chat with Jeremy for running an Ethernet cable and doorbell installation. He priced up the work and booked me in very quickly. The work was done to an excellent standard that I’m very happy with. I’m confident that I’ll be using them again in the future.
