For our business clients who need to order frequently, we have a bespoke order management system that allows you to place new and track existing orders. This live portal gives you access to completed certificates, appointment times, case notes and other useful information when dealing with regular orders. It takes less than a minute to place an order through the portal. The case then automatically gets assigned to the local energy assessor/property professional who will make contact with the client within 24 hours. An appointment will be made, usually within 1-3 working days of the order and we will email you with confirmation of the time and date. I know a lot of people here qualify their reviews with "I'm not an electrician but..." Well, I am an electrician, and British Engineering Council certified. My professional opinion is that you should avoid this company like the plague. All you will get for your money is an e-mail telling you your property is non-compliant and you have to give them an awful lot of money or else... When I asked them to give reference to BS7671 for each issue I was met with confusion followed by silence.

Avoid this company. They promised to call me to arrange a time the next working day and complete the work within a week after received payment. 2 weeks after I paid, none of these happened. I have been chasing them many times but never heard a word from their electrician. They are very unreliable.

Would not use this company at all! Charged me almost £1000 to put right electrics and left tenancy in very unsafe state. Other reviews have accused them of being cowboys! Would be very careful dealing

Booked and paid for an EICR with Propcert via Openrent. After chasing and 10 days wait for Propcert to book a date, I gave up and went elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible company, complete bunch of cowboys. Had 3 landlord electrical safety appointments booked and all were missed. Engineer even had the cheek to say he had spoken to my landlord to rearrange the final appointment and after checking with the landlord he hadn't spoken to anybody in regards to this. When I rang the company to find out exactly what was happening I had to wait for a supervisor to ring me back, which he did, only to find him a rude man that had the audacity to just hang up on me when asked about compensation. This company are used by British Gas who on their part were very apologetic and helpful, but I would seriously advise against anybody using them!
