I had a salesman ring me about adding battery storage to my solar panels. As this is something that I have been considering I agreed to a representative who just so happened to be in our area tomorrow to come and give me a quote for installing one. This evening another representative called to confirm the meeting. I did so but he insisted that my wife be present for the "presentation". When I said that she would be out he asked to change the visit to a time we were both present. When I replied that I did not understand why we both needed to be present he replied "you probably wouldn't understand about battery storage either." I cancelled the visit. Thinking that I dodged a bullet there.

I had a fault with my system just before Christmas. The company was very responsive even though their office was closed and they came out to install a new system for me in between Christmas and new year. The team that came over were very professional and efficient and got my system working perfect again. Their customer team are incredibly helpful and I would 100 percent recommend and trust them.

After booking an assessment with a very helpful and friendly lass named ‘Laurel’ over the phone I decided to upgrade my solar system with New Age Innovation. They remained exceedingly professional throughout the whole process and gave me great advice in regards to benefiting the most out of my system. Honestly my returns have never been better.
