Andy Hollis1 StarI ordered a circuit breaker (Excel) which is only available from these muppets, 5-6 later they call and say they won’t be sending it as my card details have a different address. I ask to amend the address on the phone but they refused. I had to cancel the order and then reorder. I did this but was sent a 16A MCB instead of the 32A MCB I wanted. I’m now 12 days in more than £10 down and I have an MCB I can not use.
